This photo is taken from the passageway (aisle) around the switching cubicle. On one side you can see through the open door inside the forward section of switching cubicle just behind the propulsion control stand. On the other the auxiliary switchboard and 120 VAC motor generator controls. Aft you can see the engineers office.
