USS Pampanito - Submarine School FAQ

USS PAMPANITO (SS-383)

PSS is an overnight science-based fieldtrip
PSS is designed for 7th and 8th grade students
PSS is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, November through February.
PSS takes place aboard the WWII submarine USS Pampanito
The Pampanito is permanently moored at Pier 45, in San Francisco
The submarine is closed to the public during the program.
Cost is $58 per child/$35 per adult.
There is a 20 student, paid minimum and a 30 student maximum.
PSS begins at 3:30 pm and ends at 8:30 am the following morning
The schools must supply a teacher and 5 other adult chaperones (over 21 years old).
Participants must supply their own bedding
