LOOSE STORES
BURMA
CAMOUFLAGED STORES ON RIVER BANK. Foliage has been strewn over these supplies to break up shadows and outlines. When disguised in this manner the character of the supplies present can seldom be determined.

NAURU
FUEL STACKS IN CLEARING IN PALM GROVE. Some advantage has been taken of natural foliage. Canvas covers part of two of the stacks. However, the neatly stacked piles are a revealing feature. An unloading ramp is present just below the dump.

BUKA
LOOSE STORES DISPERSED IN HEAVY VEGETATION. Such dumps are difficult lo locate. However, normally tracks and trails leading into such an area will reveal its position.

KAVIENG
STARED FUEL IN DUMP JUST OFF STRIP. An unloading ramp is present. The neat stacks are the key to such dump.

REKATA BAY
FUEL STACK ON BEACH. This was an aviation supply dump for the seaplane base located here. Note the evenly stacked rows of drums.
